North
West Pro Soccer was founded in 2009 by owner and head coach Colin
Spreag, with the aim of providing high-level, professional
coaching to clubs and individuals whilst keeping at its centre
the core principles of enjoyment, discipline, and respect.
North
West Pro Soccer is currently based in Sydney's Northern Beaches
area, where Colin is currently settled following spells coaching
in America and the United Kingdom.
With coaching
experience spanning over five years and three continents, Colin
has worked with players of both sexes and all ages and abilities,
and has had many successful experiences along the way. A firm
believer in the notion that soccer should be a fun game, Colin
insists all NWPS coaching sessions are both challenging and
exciting, and leave the players wanting to progress their
learning process.
All NWPS coaches have at least 2 years
checkable coaching experience and FFA Senior Licence or its
international equivalent.
Our
Coaches
Colin Spreag
Colin
is currently the Assistant Coach for Manly United Under 11s, who
are the elite representative team for the Manly-Warringah
district of Sydney.
He also is currently involved with
Northbridge Football Club - the second-largest club in Australia
for number of playing members - where he coaches skills clinics,
pre-season clinics, and individual and team coaching sessions.
Colin is also currently playing for Northbridge Football Club's
first grade team.
After
starting his coaching career whilst in university, Colin has been
awarded the English FA Level 1 and Level 2 coaching licences, the
Asian Football Confederation C Licence, and in July 2009 began
working towards his UEFA 'B' licence.
